DESIGN FREEBIE: CREATIVE DESK PHOTO PACK

It’s nice lately to see a lot of designs on the web using large photography and sites such as Unsplash offering beautiful free photos for designers to use. Photos that caught my eye were some really nice shots resembling a designer’s ‘on-the-go’ work setup – which I thought would work really well as large headers or backgrounds in creative / technology / journalism themed sites. With my (amateur) interest in photography I thought it would be fun to have a go myself and offer the results for anyone to use.

Here’s just one photo from my first shoot. I’ve created a set of different visual styles using the great online app Pixlr and all images are 1920x1080px. The framing of the shot allows for a heading to be overlaid and I’ve mocked-up an example so I could see how the photo may be incorporated.

You can download the zip at the bottom. The photo may be used in any personal or commercial project and is completely royalty free. If you do use the photo on any projects I’d love to know how and where you’ve used it. Enjoy!
